CSIA, Colorado’s Technology Association, today announced Scott Heiferman, Co-Founder of Meetup, Warren Adelman, President of GoDaddy, and Jeff Housenbold, CEO of Shutterfly, as the Breakfast Keynote Speakers for DEMOGala.
Scott Heiferman co-founded Meetup in 2002. Previously, he founded Fotolog, the leading photo blog service, and i-traffic, the first online ad agency. Scott was named MIT Technology Review’s “Innovator of the Year” for 2004. He graduated from the University of Iowa, is the organizer for New York’s Tech Meetup, and he has posted a photo everyday on Fotolog since 2001.
Scott will be talking about enabling communities online and face to face during the breakfast keynote. Across the world in more than 11,500 cities people with like interests are forming local communities online and face to face. Millions of people convene to share, learn and make a difference. Warren Adelman is responsible for day-to-day operations, resource management, process improvement and corporate strategic planning for The Go Daddy Group, Inc. He oversees Information Technology, Information Security and Continuity Planning, Customer Care, Business Development, Human Resources and Policy Planning. Warren also heads up the Governance and Policy Committee, which is dedicated to oversight of Go Daddy's standards and practices.
